enreap, as an Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner, partnered with Zafin to evaluate their existing Jira environment, which included both an End-of-Life (EOL) Server instance and an up-to-date Jira Cloud instance. Our team conducted a thorough assessment of the current setup, identified possible risks and opportunities, and provided a clear, phased roadmap for merging the instances. We then successfully executed the migration to a single, unified Jira Cloud instance, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum operational efficiency.
